Too much trouble to make a delivery 10 miles from their shop. The guy answering the phone to needs to have some training to deal with people.
I am a soldier serving in Iraq. Sometimes for a special occasion, or sometimes JUST BECAUSE... I want to send flowers to my Mom in Alabama. I have called Buddy's several times... they are always patient & understanding with me & the delay in the phone link. More importantly... the flowers they put together for my Mom are beautiful (the delivery person knows how to get there easily now). I HIGHLY recommend this florist!!!
