The lady on the phone and the manager were very rude when I called to ask a question. They tried to tell me that my pizza was already in the oven while we were still placing our order online. The order wasn't even placed yet
I would like to thank the very nice people who were working here yesterday (02/03/17) around 5:30pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by all of the employees and the girl who took my order was extremely helpful and patient while I figured out what my family would want. I was told that it would be 10-15 minutes (carry out). I paid, left to go get something from the store while I waited and came back. My order was already ready! It was perfect and my family and I are happy customers and will definitely be returning :)
Pizza was scattered all over the box when it was delivered and the driver was rude and spun tires in my driveway. I called and a manager assured me we would receive free pizza. I called back a week later to get it and they have nothing on my account. Horrible customer service

Ordered a pizza ahead of time cause went out for a Christmas party that way the babysitter wouldn't have to deal with it ask for a receipt he said I didn't need one it would be on the box well pizza was delivered driver tells the babysitter she had to pay for it she told her it was already paid for she said no well luckily the babysitter had money to pay for it called the store ask to speak with the store manager then the girls ask me why it's none of her business why I did need to speak with her really well a lady get on I ask if she the store manager she says no I mean am I not speaking English well after talking to 2 people I finally get him well all I got was my money back doesn't make up the fact I still need to drive all the way to pay my sitter for using her money to buy my kids food the sore needs to rain these kids how to give the customer what they ask for very unprofessional rude bad thing about this is I liked papa johns well not anymore I'll go back to Pizza Hut This places needs some help
