Only one store so I can vent about how furious I am the service and representation of the food. When I order something that is creamy and the noodles are dry, that upset me. When I ask for a side of macaroni and get broccoli instead, that upsets me. The shrimp shouldn't still have its poop line in it, people could get sick and the roll is as hard as a rock. So disappointed and furiated cause I drive 2p minutes from work to get this sorry food.

When asked for 2 buns it took about 15mins or so. The place is clean and the cashier was nice but very understaffed so I understand why it took so long. Captain D's need to hire more people in Arab, Alabama Captain D's cause it help make thing move more smoothly. It sad when few people as sitted and it take a long time to get your meal. Staff was a good hired just needs help

Food is delicious, sides like the fries can be skimpy at times. Tables aren't always clean also
My family eats here often, usually pretty clean and food is good.
