Best sushi in Arab Alabama. Sure there is way better elsewhere, and if you're not wanting to drive 40 minutes to Hunstville, then here's your place. I ordered several menu items and the food was fresh tasting, nicely prepared and well presented. Interior is very classy compared to some of the other places I've been in Arab. Light asian-inspired music was playing, but barely perceptible. The server didn't bring me a dish for soy sauce or a straw for my drink, but that doesn't really bother me personally.
I was very impressed by the owners' hard work and dedication to keeping their restaurant perfect. Their attention to detail was also impressive! I have never met anyone so dedicated to quality! The owners and employees CARE. That makes me very proud to eat there.
Have been to Mt. Fuji a total of 3 times, 2 times for lunch and one time for dinner. Lunch time was the better dining experience. Language barrier/communication is a problem. Overall I'd give Mt. Fuji a 7.
