I go here 4+- times a week, sometimes for meals, sometimes for drinks, sometimes for ice cream. Yes there are a lot of young people that work here and they will make mistakes, after all they are human. They will make good on the mistake with a simple phone call. Cassandra is an awesome manager that tries really hard and focuses on customer service!The speakers on the other hand suck and I think are part of the reason for some of the mistakes. I'm back in every day or so especially for afternoon happy hour with half price drinks!
Very good drive thru. They are fast and very pleasant.
I will not return to this sonic drive in. I received a large cup of coke with a whole in the cup. It leaked out all over the car front seats, the cup holder was full across the steering wheel down the side of the car. The fries was soaked, the server took them back. What it cost me for this one time visit. Plus the food charge of $12.00 I don't think you want to know what I really think of this visit. Never, never again. The one Star is not deserved.
