Updated review...As others have said, service is now spotty depending on who is working though the food is still pretty good. Since they discontinued marshmallow topping, I have no real reason to go back, especially for anything with ice cream. In town I'll stick with Cassandra at SONIC. If out of town and there is a Baskin Robbins or a frozen custard shop, you'll find me there. :-)
At 7:00 pm after shopping, ordered a grilled chicken wrap , the chicken was so DRY I couldn't chew. Will not go back again.AWFUL.
Worst place ever. They completely ruined my granddaughters 10th Birthday. I ordered a cake for her. We told them what we wanted and they had a picture to go by. The cake didn't look anything at all like the picture and they didn't compensate me for there mistake. If I would have had time to go somewhere else I wouldn't have even paid for that ugly cake. Will never go back to DQ in Arab. They are awful and I won't spend my money there.
Eh, it's just ok. I've eaten here three times I think. My food was just ok. Service was just ok. The prices are very high (but that's all Dairy Queens). The Guntersville location is much better. I'll stick to Milner's in Arab for this type of food.
My granddaughter was so excited just to be let down by DQ. I hated more than anything seeing her heart broke and I couldn't fix it.
Slow. Their French fries are pretty bad. I think they microwave their burgers. The chicken fingers are pretty average, a couple of times I've gotten extras when they were out of toast. I recommend sticking to Blizzards if you have to have some DQ.
